This position is based in **David, Panama** for our Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As the **Sales** **Representative** - **Nutrition** you will contribute to the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care Professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life, and the superiority of Abbott products to competitor brands. Gain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel, KPIs compliance and a customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to Abbott brand products.
**What You'll Do**
+ Maintain deep, current knowledge about medical and nutritional science, the evolving healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends to support selling and educating a broad and deep network of HCPs about Abbott products. Establish target customers and develop clear customer plans to achieve coverage, frequency, and call rate objectives.
+ Implement customer segmentation, identify new leads/customers, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities as per the SFE Understand the market and category opportunities within territory to identify opportunities for market share growth at the customer/account level.
+ Develop and execute on multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for Abbott brand product and grow recommendation and market share. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs throughout the customer account, at different levels of responsibility and influence using existing relationships with HCPs and others to expand customer network.
+ Define and deliver 'Unique Value Proposition' from the HCP's perspective (including but not limited to the positioning of Abbott brand products) by continuously uncovering the needs and priorities of individual HCPs using multichannel touchpoints and engagement activities. Use data and insights from digital and other omnichannel activities to refine HCP profiles and choose engagement activities that will fit the needs, preferences, and goals of each individual HCP.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, SFE, CRM, etc.) to support patient education regarding nutrition and Abbott brands, to influence customer and patient choice of nutrition products, and deliver a consistent, end-to-end customer engagement experience Ensure compliance with performance indicators related to defined targets and KPIs assigned by the company and District Manager; such as maintaining HCP panel at 100%, coverage, frequency and calls per day and measure progress against customer and account objectives (monthly, quarterly, annually); and take action to guarantee this metrics are met.
**Required Qualifications**
+ University degree as Healthcare Professional, Physician, Pharmacist or Nutritionist. (Graduated)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience. This experience could be either:
+ As sales representative ideally or
+ A mix as medical representative and/or pharmacy calls and promotion
**Other Requirements**
+ This position requires the employee to have excellent sales and scientific product promotion techniques.
+ Broad scientific knowledge.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, power point, etc.)
+ Driver's license is required.

This **AIH Senior Sales Associate (Sales Force)** is primarily responsible for International's Salesforce platform and not limited to enhancing and maintaining the system's functionality related to both Sales and Customer Service. This position works closely with Sales Managers, Customer Service and Merchandising to ensure relevant information such as global promotions are appropriately outlined and reported on. This position will be knowledgeable on all channels of business and understand global sales reporting. The role is technical and requires understanding of our ERPs customer master data and enterprise reporting structure to ensure accuracy and relevant information is in the system. The Senior Sales Assistant will also provide as needed support to the Latin America and NACAP region that is not directly related to customer facing activities. In addition, the Senior Sales Assistant will partner with his/her peers on other initiatives such as coordination of Drop Ship programs during Ace's two show windows. The successful Senior Sales Associate will provide up to date information related to strengthening sales growth and be available as needed to support growth initiatives of the Sales department. This position will report into the Sales department.
**PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES**
**1. Salesforce Platform Management**
+ Maintain, design, and enhance the Salesforce platform to meet AIH business needs in sales and customer service.
+ Support features such as global promotions, KPI tracking, report generation, and executive updates.
+ Submit and monitor sales data, weekly call plans, expense reports, and CRM usage through Salesforce.
**2. Data Integrity and System Integration**
+ Uphold data integrity by following strict protocols for updating customer master data across ERP and reporting systems.
+ Add, maintain, and update customer profiles to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and platforms such as SAP ECC, AceNet, ADW, Power BI, and Business One.
**3. Reporting and Analytics**
+ Develop value-added reports as requested by the Sales team and approved by the Regional Sales Director.
+ Become proficient in Ace Retail Technology tools including AceNet, ADW, Power BI, and inventory reporting systems.
**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales and customer service processes are properly executed within Salesforce.
+ Partner with peers and sales associates on projects, particularly supporting Drop Ship initiatives during key show windows.
**5. Sales Support and Special Projects**
+ Support Latin America and NACAP regions with ad hoc tasks related to sales growth (non-retailer facing).
+ Provide training and assistance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Ace's values, mission, and vision.
**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES**
KNOWLEDGE
+ Hold a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related work experience in retail, sales, or marketing.
+ Possess a basic understanding of retail operations and core business fundamentals.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Prior experience with Salesforce is required.
+ Technologically adaptable and able to quickly learn and use Ace's Retail Technology platform.
EXPERIENCE

**Title and Summary**
Manager, Business Development

The mandate of the Government Engagement unit at Mastercard is to build durable, trusted relationships with key government agencies to accelerate their transition to a cashless ecosystem though digitalization, while increasing revenues and seeding new markets for Mastercard. We provide expert sales support to both country managers and local sales resources through a solid client engagement playbook approach. The Government Engagement role focuses on aligning Mastercard's product,
service and ecosystem capabilities to solve for the challenges government clients face today in the areas of financial inclusion, citizen services, economic development and government operational excellence. We do this by engaging, listening and leading. Our team is comprised of industry leaders, relationship builders and deal closers. We apply Mastercard's digital tools, business insights, last mile

This role is at the heart of our intent to scale our business across all key markets and regions to drive revenue, market relevance and social impact. The position is deployed at Market, Cluster or Division

- The Government Engagement position is accountable for:
- The support in the development of the market government strategy, including a list of prioritized client and solution opportunities, a relationship heat map, and detailed view of the revenue opportunity and a market engagement plan
- Orchestrating Mastercard's government engagements within the market
(noncommercial, pre-commercial and commercial), engaging national, regional or local
governments and associated agencies.
- Direct engagement on key sales opportunities across the market assisting country manager and winning strategic deals.
- Develop and execute the market government strategy starting from:
- Understanding local, national and regional priorities.
- Engaging market and divisional leadership to prioritize clients and solution opportunities.
- Develop a solid projects pipeline, drive conversion over time (year 1 and 2) and secure revenues (from year 3 onwards)
- Directly engage senior government stakeholders to influence strategic decisions (building relevance) and to develop lines of sight into new revenues
- Securing global, regional and local resources to execute on the opportunities and drive marquee wins. Develop scalable revenue models at market level, when appropriate
- Assist with the delivery of the sold projects
